REGISTRATION

All employees and members of a company, institutions, (public) authorities, organizations or associations, clubs, schools etc. who are at least 16 years old can take part in the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun. Under-age participants will only be admitted on presentation of written consent by their parents or legal guardians.
Registration takes place online in the "Registration/Login" section.
A team participating in the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun consists of three employees of a company. Teams can be set up with men, women or mixed. A team captain from each company is responsible for registration. The team captain can register as many teams as he or she likes and is not required to participate actively in the event.
Yes, you can run despite this. You are able to appoint a maximum of two individual runners for your company. Each further person sums up a team of three.
Both of the other team members are welcome to take part in the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun. In this case, they will only receive individual times and no team time, as the team time is the result of three separate results. A substitute runner can also be nominated at short notice. It is possible to amend the team data until a few days before the event.
Each company nominates a team captain. The team captain registers himself and his colleagues with the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun. A team captain can also register as many teams as he or she likes for his or her company. The team captain is also responsible for picking up the race kits.
The registration fee is 27.00 € plus VAT per person. 2 Euro of every starting fee will be automatically donated to a regional charity project. Click here for more information.
The registration fee must be paid by invoice within the fixed payment term.
After registration you will receive an invoice via e-mail, automatically sent to the e-mail address you got registered with.
Yes, it is also possible to take part as a walker. However, there will be no separate ranking for walkers. PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons, walking sticks are not permitted on the running track! Walkers can only start the course from the last starting block.
No, a cancellation is not possible in respect of the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun. However, it is possible to pass on the starting place of a sick or injured colleague.

You have the possibility to pick up your race kits with the starting numbers at one of our partners and at the Coque (only on the event date).

Yes, one person can pick up the starting documents for several teams or for an entire company. This person should hold all invoices in respect of registration for the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun (copies are permissible).
It is possible to deposit bags for safekeeping at the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun. Please note that bags are not actively accepted, but will be stored by participants themselves. A team of helpers will be pleased to be of assistance. We expressly state that NO liability is assumed for clothing or valuables deposited.

START

The start is directly adjacent to the d’Coque (National Sports and Culture Centre). A detailed description of the starting procedure will be announced in good time. The finishing line of the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun is also located in the d’Coque.
THE RUN

Yes. Each participant in the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun will be equipped with a professional time keeping system. Passive disposable timekeeper chips will be used so that no chips or starting numbers have to be returned after the run. Individual and team times will be announced online after the run.
The transponder is integrated in the race number. Please wear the race number clearly visible on the front of your torso. Do not remove, fold or wrinkle the timing chip.
The starting number has to be clearly visibly attached to the front of the participant's T-shirt. The starting number can be attached to the participant’s clothes with safety pins. Special starting number bands are recommended to preserve expensive sports clothing.
The transponder is integrated in the race number. Please wear the race number clearly visible on the front of your torso. Do not remove, fold or wrinkle the timing chip.
The track is about 5.5 km long and can thus be successfully tackled by everybody.
You can take a drinking bottle or a small rucksack containing your valuables with you.
It is not permitted to take dogs or prams along the track, to complete the track by bicycle (including “bike accompaniment” to support colleagues) or to take part in the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun with inline skates or roller skates.
Yes, showers are available on site. Please note the information panels on site for this purpose.
To be able to run the full length of the track, you should go jogging at an easy pace for about half to one hour once or twice a week. However, if you do not wish to jog, you can cover the track at a fast walking pace within approximately one hour. By registering, participants confirm autonomously that they meet the health prerequisites for participation, if necessary having consulted a physician, and that they assume the health risks posed by participation.
Yes. You will be provided with drinks, mineral water and fresh fruit both along the track and after the finishing line.
Certificates of participation in the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun can easily be printed out online.
Yes. Both the individual times and the team times will be published online after the run.
Yes. At the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun medical assistance is ensured with medical services. Please start healthy and trained!
THE PARTY

A party takes place after the run! The AfterRun-Party in the d’Coque takes place in the evening.
At the awards ceremony in the BusinessRun-Village at the d’Coque, the fastest men’s, women’s and mixed teams will be awarded. The company with the most team registrations, the most creative team name as well as the winner of the extra rankings will be awarded after the event.
Of course, spectators are very welcome.
Of course, at the AfterRun Party non-participants are also very welcome.
The AfterRun Party takes place in the d’Coque (L'espace polyvalent).
The AfterRun Party takes place from 09:00 pm in the d’Coque and ends after the last person has left :-)
